  10. a lot in this book, but it is very clearly written and doesn't assume any
  11. prior knowledge of networking.

  13. I would recommend this to any internet user who was interested in how the
  14. the thing actually works.  It's not light reading, but it avoids unnecessary
  15. detail and sticks to the essentials, with summaries of key points and lots
  16. of diagrams.
